Purchases are shipped within 1-2 business days after confirmation of order and are scheduled to arrive at the designated destination within 3 – 4 working days from date of receipt of order. Within Pakistan, we offer free shipping on all orders.

You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• You must have proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation)

We do not accept returns for:

• Used or opened products
• Sale or discounted items

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, return your item and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• If approved, we’ll issue a refund within 10 business days

🔁 For COD Orders:

• Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as agreed.

🔁 For Card/Online Payments:

• Refunds will go back to your original payment method.
